HallON auto-leveling sensor v.3
Automatic bed leveling sensor for Ender 3, Ender 3 PRO, and Ender 5* printers
Designed and made in Poland, it works with the Marlin firmware.
Principle of operation:
The sensor enables mapping of the deformation of the build plate. The deformation in each 3D printer occurs, among other things, as a result of heating up the platform during a typical work cycle, the higher the temperature of the platform, the greater the deformation of the platform. The dimensions of the platforms also influence the deformation.
After mapping, the deformation data for individual measurement points are included in the G-code used by the device. As a result, during all the working operations on the X and Y axes, Z axis point corrections are added in order to obtain a constant stacking height of the first layer, resulting in an optimization of the adhesion of the base filament layer to the platform.
Unlike other manufacturers of similar products, we provide full technical support. Ready-to-download software for individual 3D printers.
We have created specialized software for the configuration of the sensor, thanks to which the sensor operation does not require knowledge of the G code or operations related to the terminal.
A series of tutorial videos will help you to do the sensor setup and calibrations yourself.
We can boast of the best Standard Deviation parameter on the market, which affects the quality of the measurement facility.
HallON sensors are not admitted to trading if the above-mentioned parameter exceeds 0.00, for comparison the sensors of the BL series do not reach less than 0.01.
Each HallON sensor is pre-tested and the value it reaches is pasted into the package, serving as a reference value.
